Announcing the 2024 Zephyr Awards Call for Nominations!

Starting this year, there will be three award categories, with the Rising Star Award being dropped.

Three types of awards are depicted in the rectangle as text: The Person award is Zephyr Leadership. The lower impact Project award is Exceptional Technical Achievement. The higher impact Project award is Impactful Research.

Zephyr Leadership Award

The Zephyr Leadership Award is given to an individual with demonstrated history of experience in the field who embodies the Zephyr Principles, and who embraces the Zephyr mission of advancing rigorous transportation and land use decision-making for the public good by advocating for and supporting improved travel analysis and facilitating its implementation.

Impactful Research Award

The Impactful Research Award is given in recognition of a project that has a proven positive impact on the transportation and/or land use decision-making field.

Exceptional Technical Achievement Award

The Exceptional Technical Achievement Award is given in recognition of a project that has a potential for a positive impact on the transportation and/or land use decision-making field.

Zephyr Rising Star Award - Discontinued as of 2024

The Zephyr Rising Star Award is given to an individual early in their career who embodies the Zephyr Principles, and embraces the Zephyr mission of advancing rigorous transportation and land use decision-making for the public good by advocating for and supporting improved travel analysis.
